2025 Schedule

This year's schedule is packed with exciting activities! All attendees should check in directly with us (not the venue) at the Fred Farr Forum between 4-6pm on Friday. We'll provide your room keys, agenda, and conference swag. After dinner, we'll introduce this year's sponsors, enjoy a keynote seminar, and wrap up the evening with a fun trivia session.

On Saturday, we'll kick things off early with a talk and poster session, followed by a group photo. Please be sure to wear your SUPR T-shirt for the photo. The poster session room will be open early for sponsors and students to set up. After lunch, you'll have the opportunity to network with over ten leading companies in optics and photonics. Following a three-hour break, we'll have dinner, and the evening will end with another talk and poster session.

Finally, on Sunday, we'll conclude the event with our last talk, workshop, and poster session. After a few closing remarks, you're free to enjoy lunch and head home.
